1. What type of hair do you sell?

We offer 100% premium human hair, including bundles, wigs, lace closures, frontals, and extensions. Our hair is carefully sourced to ensure softness, durability, and a natural appearance.

2. Are your hair extensions raw or virgin?

Product descriptions will clearly state whether the hair is raw or virgin. Please review each product page carefully before purchasing.

3. Can the hair be dyed or colored?

Yes. Our human hair can be colored, toned, or dyed. We recommend professional coloring services for best results. Damage caused by improper coloring or bleaching is not our responsibility.

4. Does the hair shed or tangle?

With proper care and maintenance, shedding and tangling are minimal. As with all human hair, some light shedding is normal.

5. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our hair can last 12 months or longer. Longevity depends on maintenance, styling habits, and product use.

6. Do you offer refunds or returns?

No. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may only be changed or canceled before processing begins. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

8. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-7  business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and carrier. Once shipped 2-3 days

9. What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

11. How do I care for my hair extensions?

We recommend:

  • Washing with sulfate-free shampoo

  • Deep conditioning regularly

  • Minimizing heat use

  • Storing hair properly when not in use

Improper care may reduce the lifespan of the hair.

12. Will the color look exactly like the photos?

Actual hair color may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. This is normal and not considered a defect.
